Kirin

The purpose of Kirin is to provide moderation,entertainment and for some utility purposes.

The information supplied by Kirin is provided for entertainment and informational purposes only. You agree that you will only use Kirin, or data/information provided by it, for its intended purposes, and not for other commercial ventures and for malicious attacks.

Usage Agreement

By downloading the apps you are agreeing to the below mentioned Terms and Privacy Policy (Policy) of the bot.

Intended Age

Individuals under the minimum age specified for the app are not permitted to use the app. This will be considered a violation of these terms.

Liability

The owner of the app may not be held liable for individuals who violate these Terms at any time. He believes that end users will be truthful with their information and will not misuse this app or App Store TOS in a malicious manner. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, giving you a one-week (7-day) period to opt out if you do not agree with the new changes. You can opt out by removing the bot from any server that you have access to.

Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Bot is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws and various other intellectual property rights and unfair competition laws of Canada, international copyright laws, and international conventions. If the code from github gets used, please do give me the creator credit.

Provided that you are eligible to use the app, you are granted a limited license to access and use the app and to download or print a copy of any portion of the Content to which you have properly gained access solely for your personal, non-commercial use. We reserve all rights not expressly granted to you in and to the app, the Content and the Marks.
